SHIPPING
- We aim to dispatch orders in 2 business days from the moment of purchase during the working week unless it is a pre-order (shipping time is shared within description of the pre-ordered item). We do not work on weekends.
- We understand that sometimes, our customers are eager to receive in-stock items sooner, especially when an order includes pre-ordered products that arrive at a later date. If you choose to have in-stock items shipped separately from pre-ordered items, we would need to charge an additional shipping fee to cover the extra costs incurred.
- Delivery times depend on the distance of the customer, within USA it usually takes from 2-5 business days.
- International shipments (sent via ePost Global ePacket) take 7-21 business days to arrive.
